HISTORY …
...it was the year 1946 when René and Valerio Borgioli started makingtheir first
shoes
in a small workshop that has been preserved until nowadays with all its
tools.
Experience started to leave its traces, workmanship honed,
skilfully made shoes
were more and more appreciated:
these are the origins of the handicraft tradition
that the Fratelli Borgioli brand recalls.
Starting from the Eighties, with the second generation of the Borgioli family,
the
shoe shop acquired a corporate structure:
production increased,
a distribution net
was set up to cover the entire national territory, so much so,
that they started
competing with foreign companies.
Fratelli Borgioli hence became a solid reality and contributed
in determining
the
world-wide importance of Italian shoes.
Nowadays the Fratelli Borgioli firm includes 30 employees
and the distribution is
spread on a national and international scale:
a careful selection guides the choice
of prestigious shops
and exclusive boutiques to better place their shoes on the
market.
When the third generation of the Borgioli family made the scene,
the history of the
Tuscan shoe shop started a third phase, during which,
as well as consolidating
the
production of the sales network,
the company chose to contract an external
press agency and entrusted
a specialized agency with the definition of
communication
strategies
aimed at the diffusion of the Fratelli Borgioli brand.
